whipped cream puffs

  1. bake on 400F for 40 to 45 mintes.
  2. in a heavy pot, melt butter, add water, salt stir together, add flour, mix untill it froms a ball.
  3. take off heat adding one egg at a time, mixing until it forms a ball again, until all eggs are in, mix well into a ball.
  4. scoop out using a ice cream scoop, placeing them on a cookie sheet .u can spray the pan, to keep from sticking, put in oven and bake.
  5. meanwhile, in a mixing bowl add cream, beat with electric mixer or stand up mixer, until stiff peak forms, add powder sugar gradually for a minutes or so, add vannila extract, whip all together for 1 more minute.done ... place in refrigerator until puffs are done and cooled .
  6. when the puff are cooled cut open, pull out center dough or u can leave it, if u like
  7. fill in center of puffs, with the whipped cream, sift powder sugar on top of the puffs and chocolate syrup ( optional ).
  8. i add 1/2 strawberries ontop .for a omg flavor.
