Chicken Salad Sandwiches
- 2 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Dill
- 2 whole Celery Stalks, Diced
- 1 cup Grapes
- 11 ounces, weight Canned Mandarin Oranges, drained
- 1/4 cups Slivered Almonds
- 12 whole Croissants
- Boil chicken in a pot of water until cooked through and tender, about 30 minutes.
- Drain off the water when done.
- Shred chicken with a fork and knife.
- In a medium mixing bowl, hand mix Miracle Whip with chicken (the trick to tasting perfect is to use your hands).
- Mix in dill, diced celery, grapes, drained Mandarin oranges and almonds.
- Split the croissants in half, sandwich style.
- Add salad into croissants and serve.
