Bean and Cheese Enchiladas

  1. Mix together water, enchilada sauce, and soup.
  2. Layer some sauce in bottom of 9 inch x 13 inch pan.
  3. Spread some beans, cheese, and dab of sauce on tortilla.
  4. Roll and place in pan.
  5. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas.
  6. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Cover with foil, don't let foil touch cheese.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 30 to 40 minutes.
