VELVEETA Chorizo-Beer Dip

  1. Cook chorizo in medium skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
  2. or until done, stirring occasionally.
  3. Meanwhile, microwave VELVEETA and beer in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min.
  4. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.
  5. Drain chorizo.
  6. Stir into VELEETA mixture.
