Quick Breakfast Sandwich

  1. Whisk egg with 2 tsp.
  2. of water in a small bowl.
  3. Melt 1 tsp.
  4. margarine in a small skillet on medium heat; add egg mixture.
  5. Cook 3 minutes or until egg is set, stirring occasionally.
  6. Season to taste with pepper.
  7. Spread English muffin half with remaining 1 tsp.
  8. margarine.
  9. Top with Singles and egg.
  10. Cover with the second English muffin half.
  11. Serve with a 6 ounce glass of orange juice.
