Quick Breakfast Sandwich
- 1/2 cup cholesterol-free egg product
- 2 tsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 1 100% whole wheat English muffin
- 1 slice KRAFT 2% Milk Singles
- 6 fl oz orange juice
- Whisk egg with 2 tsp.
- of water in a small bowl.
- Melt 1 tsp.
- margarine in a small skillet on medium heat; add egg mixture.
- Cook 3 minutes or until egg is set, stirring occasionally.
- Season to taste with pepper.
- Spread English muffin half with remaining 1 tsp.
- margarine.
- Top with Singles and egg.
- Cover with the second English muffin half.
- Serve with a 6 ounce glass of orange juice.
