Very Simple Goulash

  1. Cook hamburger and drain.
  2. Dice onions and garlic and place in the skillet with the cooked meat.
  3. Cook on low for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste and 2 cans of water (use the tomato paste can to measure).
  5. Add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning (you can add more Italian seasoning).
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Add dry macaroni and simmer for at least 10 minutes, covered.
  8. When pasta is cooked, it is ready to serve.
  9. This recipe is also great as leftovers (you can always double the recipe).
