Very Simple Goulash
- 1 pound Hamburger
- 1 whole Small Onion, Diced
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 14 ounces, weight Diced Tomatoes
- 6 ounces, weight Tomato Paste
- 2 cans Water (use Tomato Paste Can To Measure)
- 1/4 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1- 1/2 cup Large Elbow Macaroni
- Cook hamburger and drain.
- Dice onions and garlic and place in the skillet with the cooked meat.
- Cook on low for about 3 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste and 2 cans of water (use the tomato paste can to measure).
- Add salt, pepper and Italian seasoning (you can add more Italian seasoning).
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add dry macaroni and simmer for at least 10 minutes, covered.
- When pasta is cooked, it is ready to serve.
- This recipe is also great as leftovers (you can always double the recipe).
