  1. Bring Low Fat Chicken Broth to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes -- cover and cook until tender.
  3. Drain, reserving the broth.
  4. Place potatoes back in pan and smash.
  5. We like to leave some lumps.
  6. Slowly add 1 cup of the broth; stir in the garlic, salt and chives.
  7. Mix together.
  8. Add more broth until desired consistency.
