Pork, Bean Sprout and Chinese Chive Stir-Fry
- 100 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 bag Bean sprouts
- 1/2 bunch Chinese garlic chives
- 1 thumb Ginger
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Chinese Chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 few drops Ra-yu
- 1 Katakuriko slurry
- Cut the pork belly into 5 cm and season with salt and pepper.
- Finely chop the ginger.
- Cut the Chinese chives into 5 cm.
- Combine the ingredients marked to make a sauce Use more chili sesame oil if you like it hot.
- Heat a pan with a small amount of oil, and fry the pork over high heat until nicely browned.
- Add the ginger and continue stir-frying.
- Next, add the bean sprouts and steam-fry for 1 minute.
- Stir in the sauce, add the Chinese chives and continue stir-frying.
- Thicken with katakuriko dissolved in water, and it's done.
