Pork, Bean Sprout and Chinese Chive Stir-Fry

  1. Cut the pork belly into 5 cm and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Finely chop the ginger.
  3. Cut the Chinese chives into 5 cm.
  4. Combine the ingredients marked to make a sauce Use more chili sesame oil if you like it hot.
  5. Heat a pan with a small amount of oil, and fry the pork over high heat until nicely browned.
