Sweet Pea Soup

• 1 cup frozen sweet peas
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 34 cup fat free chicken broth
• 2 tablespoons milk
• salt and pepper

1. Defrost peas so that they do not stick together.
2. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Heat up on the stove or microwave.
