Heart Shaped Pepperoni Pizza (gluten-free)
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cup gluten-free biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 8 oz Tomato sauce
- 3 1/2 oz sliced pepperoni
- 1 1/2 cup (6 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Mix salt & water.
- Add biscuit mix slowly until soft dough forms.
- Pat dough with hands floured with baking mix into 12" heart shape on lightly greased pizza pan, carefully forming a 1/2" rim.
- Sprinkle evenly with parmesan cheese.
- Stir oregano, garlic powder, & tomato sauce together.
- Spread evenly on top of parmesan cheese.
- Then layer pepperoni & mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
