Katies Curry
- 300 grams turkey hen's breast
- 150 grams pineapple
- 50 grams papaya
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 140 grams rice
- 1 paprika
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 curry powder
- 1 chopped parsley
- 250 ml curry sauce
- 50 ml cream
- 100 ml tomato sauce
- 1 chili pod
- Preheat a pan, in some oil gently roast onions.
- Slice turkey hen's breast and marinate with pepper, salt and paprika from both sides.
- Then roast from both sides.
- Dice the fruits and chili, then add to the pan.
- When slightly browned, stir in the sauces, mix well.
- Add parsley.
- Add rice to pan.
- Let cook for a few minutes.
- Then serve.
