Fettuccine Bun-Nutza

  1. Cook the pasta to package instructions and set aside with 1/2 stick of the butter.
  2. Whip the cream until just starting to stiffen.
  3. Add the Parmesan and Romano.
  4. Saute' the mushrooms with the other 1/2 stick of butter.
  5. Add in the garlic and saute' for 1 minute.
  6. Mix the pasta, cream cheese mixture, mushrooms and butter together.
  7. Add the parsley.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
