Mocha Crumb Cake
- 1 package cake mix
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 18 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup coffee cold
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup granola cereal
- 1/2 cup brown sugar firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons coffee cold
- Heat oven to 350F (180C).
- Grease andflour 13x9 inch pan.
- In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at HIGHEST speed.
- Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake at 350F (180C).
- for 30 to 40 minuts or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- In small saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter; stir in remaining topping ingredinets.
- Spread topping mixture over hot cake.
- Broil 6 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until topping is bubbly.
- Serve warm or cool.
