Oriental Asparagus

  1. Mix soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, seaseme oil, garlic and ginger.
  2. Cook asparagus until tender crisp.
  3. ( microwave 3 minutes covered with 1/4 cup water ).
  4. Rinse with cold water.
  5. Pour sauce over while asparagus is still warm.
  6. Serve warm or cold.
