White Chocolate and Praline Bark

  1. Place the white chocolate in a stainless mixing bowl.
  2. Place the bowl over a water bath.
  3. Stir the chocolate slowly, until melted, about 3 minutes.
  4. Fold the pralines into the melted chocolate.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Using a palate knife, evenly spread the chocolate mixture over the entire baking sheet.
  7. Allow the chocolate to set.
  8. Break the bark into pieces.
