Chicken Parmesan Meatloaf
- 1-1/2 cups Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce, divided
- 2 lb. (900 g) lean ground chicken
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Reserve 1 cup pasta sauce.
- Mix remaining sauce with all remaining ingredients just until blended.
- Press into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with reserved pasta sauce.
- Bake 1 hour or until done (165 degrees F).
