Lupes Bean Salsa Frijoles al Charra
- 4 slices Bacon, Cut Up With Kitchen Shears (use More If You Want)
- 3 whole Jalapenos, Seeded And Diced
- 1 whole Small Yellow Onion, Diced
- 1 can Pinto Beans, 32 Ounce Can
- 1 whole Large Tomato, Diced, Or One 10-ounce Can Ro-tel Diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Chopped Cilantro

- In a large skillet over medium heat, saute bacon, jalapeno and onion until well browned.

- Add beans, tomato and garlic powder.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.

- Bring to boil and add cilantro.
- 4.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
