Scrumptious Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. peanut butter
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1. Mix ingredients, starting with creaming sugar and peanut butter, then mix rest in.
2. Shape into 1 inch balls on ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Press with fork to flatten slightly.
4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 min.
5. Makes 3 dozen.
6. These are nice and chewy.
