Piccalilly

  1. Saute' pork & beef with chopped onions until meat is brown.
  2. Do not let onions brown.
  3. Add Garlic, tomatoes, almonds, raisins, jalapeno peppers, oregano, salt and pepper.
  4. Simmer until tomatoes are done.
  5. Sprinkle with flour and stir until thick enough to dip.
  6. Do not add any water.
  7. The juice from the meat and tomatoes should be sufficient.
  8. Serve hot in a chafing dish aand cip with corn chips.
