Italian Beef Wrap

  1. Sprinkle meat with black pepper.
  2. Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  3. Add meat; cook 5 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Remove meat from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  5. Add onions, green and red peppers, dressing mix and water to skillet.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Stir in rice; cover.
  8. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Add meat mixture; stir.
  11. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
  12. Spoon meat mixture evenly onto tortillas; roll up.
