Cucumber and Grapefruit Cocktail Recipe OrganicBaker

  1. Bring sugar and water to boil over medium high heat.
  2. Remove from heat and allow syrup to cool at room temperature.
  3. After peeling cucumbers and grapefruit, process cucumber, grapefruit and mint through juicer.
  4. Discard pulp and transfer juice to a pitcher.
  5. Add syrup to juice.
  6. Stir well
  7. Place 3 parts juice mixture and one part vodka in a cocktail shaker over crushed ice.
  8. Shake until frothy.
  9. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass or serve over crushed ice.
  10. Garnish with cucumber spear.
