Uri
- 2 ounces aged aquavit
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- Dash of orange bitters
- Ice
- 3 brandied cherries skewered on a pick, for garnish
- In a mixing glass, combine the aquavit, vermouth and bitters.
- Fill the glass three-quarters full with ice and stir well.
- Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the brandied cherries.
