Uri

• 2 ounces aged aquavit
• 1 ounce sweet vermouth
• Dash of orange bitters
• Ice
• 3 brandied cherries skewered on a pick, for garnish

1. In a mixing glass, combine the aquavit, vermouth and bitters.
2. Fill the glass three-quarters full with ice and stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the brandied cherries.
