Curried Salmon Salad Sandwich
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 12 oz. canned boneless skinless pink salmon (in water)
- 4 CLAUSSEN Bread 'N Butter or Kosher Dill Sandwich Slices
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. golden raisins
- 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds
- 4 pieces lettuce leaves
- 2 cups frozen vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
- 2 16 fl oz bottles , favorite flavor
- MIX mayonnaise and curry powder in medium bowl.
- Add salmon, pickles, onions and raisins; mix lightly.
- Divide into 4 equal portions.
- For each serving; fill 1 pita with 1 lettuce leaf and 1/4 of salmon mixture.
- Serve 1/2 cup yogurt topped with 1/2 cup strawberries and 1 Tbsp.
- almonds per person for dessert.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of CRYSTAL LIGHT with the meal.
