Curried Salmon Salad Sandwich

  1. MIX mayonnaise and curry powder in medium bowl.
  2. Add salmon, pickles, onions and raisins; mix lightly.
  3. Divide into 4 equal portions.
  4. For each serving; fill 1 pita with 1 lettuce leaf and 1/4 of salmon mixture.
  5. Serve 1/2 cup yogurt topped with 1/2 cup strawberries and 1 Tbsp.
  6. almonds per person for dessert.
  7. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of CRYSTAL LIGHT with the meal.
