- 250 grams butter
- 2 cup sugar
- 8 eggs
- 2 cup self raising flour
- 1 half a cup coco powder
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 250 grams butter
- 500 grams icing sugar
- Preheat oven to 150, cream butter and sugar, add eggs, flour and coco powder and whisk.
- Add oil whisk for 5 mins
- Bake in oven for 12-15 mins, leave yo cool.
- Buttercream: whisk butter until light, add icing sugar bits at a time, add milk, few teaspoons until mixture softens
- Decorate with chocolate
