Tomato Lima Chowder Recipe

  1. Dissolve bouillon in 1 c. warm water.
  2. Add in tomatoes, beans, corn, onion, parsley, and garlic.
  3. Cover; bring to a boil, then simmer 20 min.
  4. In a jar, shake lowfat milk, flour, salt, and nutmeg.
  5. Stir into simmering veggie mix.
  6. Cook and stir till thick and bubbly.
  7. Add in butter and serve warm.
