Chicken Cacciatore

  1. Preheat oven: 350 degrees.
  2. Dice chicken in bite size cubes.
  3. Marinate chicken in the Italian dressing and Old Bay seasoning.
  4. Saute until 3/4's cooked.
  5. Drain of excess juice and place in chaffing dish.
  6. Place peppers, onions, mushrooms and garlic on top of the chicken.
  7. Cover with homemade Tony N' Tina's marinara sauce (about 1 1/2 half quarts).
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes.
