Polish Cheese Dip Recipe
- 1 lg. block Velveeta cheese
- 1 pound Jimmy Dean sausage (don't use sausage with sage)
- 1 to 1 1/2 pound hamburger meat
- 1 can diced Rotel
- 1 lg. jar Old El Paso chunky salsa
- 2 cans Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- Brown meats.
- Drain.
- Cut Velveeta into small cubes.
- Add in Rotel, soup and salsa.
- Cook till cheese is melted.
- Add in meats.
- Serve with chips.
- Makes a meal!
- (You can substitute other brands in this recipe; however, I find the taste is better if you don't.)
