Enchilada Pie Casserole

  1. Brown
  2. ground
  3. beef
  4. with
  5. diced onions and seasonings, then drain.
  6. Heat
  7. enchilada
  8. sauce in pan.
  9. Heat tortillas in oil and drain.
  10. Dip
  11. in sauce.
  12. Layer tortillas, ground beef, corn and sour
  13. cream
  14. in
  15. a 13 x 9-inch glass casserole dish. Pour enchilada sauce over layer and spread out.tdd a mixture of cheese.
  16. Repeat
  17. once
  18. more.
  19. Baketasserole in preheated oven at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
