Blintze Souffle Recipe

  1. Beat Large eggs, add in lowfat sour cream, orange juice, sugar, vanilla.
  2. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Heat butter in 9 x 13 inch pan.
  4. Put blintzes in pan.
  5. Pour mix over blintzes.
  6. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  7. Watch so not to burn.
