Blintze Souffle Recipe
- 12 frzn blintzes
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Beat Large eggs, add in lowfat sour cream, orange juice, sugar, vanilla.
- Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Heat butter in 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Put blintzes in pan.
- Pour mix over blintzes.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
- Watch so not to burn.
