Greek Pasta Salad
- 1 12 cups penne pasta
- 12 cup sliced cooked chicken
- 4 ounces sliced kalamata olives
- 14 cup cucumber, chopped
- 14 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 14 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 14 cup feta, crumbled
- 14 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 13 cup caesar salad dressing
- Cook pasta to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
- Combine all ingredients in order listed in a serving bowl mixing well.
- Refridgerate 1 hour to blend flavors and serve.
