Easy!!! Yum!! Mrs.west's German Potato Salad
- 2 lbs potatoes
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 34 cup cider vinegar
- 12 cup red onion
- 12 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons dill weed
- Boil your potatoes about 40 min until done., drain.
- Peel the skins off and slice or chop the potatoes up (preferred method still while the potatoes are warm)and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the cider vinegar over the potatoes and stir once- Let them sit for 1 hour to soak up good.
- Slice up red onion and add them to potatoes as well as the olive oil.
- Add Dill and pepper and salt and garlic powder.
- Mix well and serve.
- Serve room temperature.
