Chicken Croustades

  1. Prepare ahead
  2. The chicken filling can be refrigerated for several hours before using.
  3. Shred the chicken into small pieces.
  4. Mix the mayonnaise, tarragon, mustard, and lemon juice together in a bowl.
  5. Add the chicken and mix again.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Divide the mixture among the croustades.
