Quick Orzo Salad

  1. Cook orzo according to package directions.
  2. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
  3. Stir in olive oil, vinegar, red onion, tomatoes and basil and toss to combine.
  4. Season, to taste, with salt and black pepper.
