Spanish Shrimp-and-Sausage Skewers

  1. Whisk oil, vinegar, garlic, paprika, cumin, and pepper flakes in a medium bowl; add sausage and shrimp, tossing to coat.
  2. Let marinate 20 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Drain pork and shrimp, reserving marinade.
  4. Thread scallions, shrimp, sage leaves, sausage, and bell pepper pieces alternately onto 12-inch skewers.
  5. Season skewers with salt.
  6. Grill over medium-high heat, turning skewers and basting with reserved marinade, 6 minutes, or until shrimp are just cooked through.
  7. Serve with yellow rice.
