Cheesy Potato Soup

  1. In a large pan, add the chicken bouillon cubes and potatoes.
  2. Add enough water to cover potatoes and cook until tender.
  3. Drain off some of the water (but keep it because you may need it later.)
  4. Add both cans of soup.
  5. Stir.
  6. Add Velveeta.
  7. Stir.
  8. Now, if it's too thick, add some of the potato water that you kept.
  9. Enjoy!
