15 Minute Cheesy Tuna Dinner
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.)
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 2 cans (6 oz. each) tuna, drained, flaked
- 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
- 1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- French fried onions or crushed potato chips
- Bring soup and milk to boil in medium saucepan.
- Add tuna and peas; bring to boil.
- Stir in rice and process cheese spread; cover.
- Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
- Stir until process cheese spread is melted.
- Sprinkle each serving with French fried onions or crushed potato chips, if desired.
