Chinese Fish

  1. Brown chopped green peppers and garlic salt in oil.
  2. Turn heat to 225u0b0.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook over low heat approximately 5 minutes.
  4. Place fish (lightly seasoned with salt and pepper) into tomato mixture.
  5. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. While fish is cooking, mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with enough water to make a thin solution.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon Accent.
  7. When fish is cooked, add mixture and glaze fish with it.
  8. Layer chopped green onions, including the greens, over the fish and serve on a bed of rice.
