Linguine with Vegan Pesto

• 2 boxes Linguine
• 3/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/2 cups Nutritional Yeast
• 1/2 cups Pine Nuts
• 5 cloves Garlic
• 4 ounces, weight Basil
• 1 Tablespoon Salt

1. While pasta is boiling in salted water, place all the other ingredients in a food processor.
2. Process ingredients until everything is incorporated.
3. Drain pasta, stir pesto into pasta and enjoy!
