Low-fat Chicken Salad Recipe

  1. Bake chicken breasts in 325 degree oven till done.
  2. Cool.
  3. Cut up chicken in pieces.
  4. Add diced green onion, diced tomatoes.
  5. Add equal parts of mayo and sourcream in small bowl.
  6. Mix together well.
  7. Add to chicken mixture.
  8. Add seasonings.
  9. Refrigerate.
  10. You can add as much dressing as you want or as little.
  11. Same with seasonings.
