Fish And Potato Cakes

  1. In small skillet over medium heat, heat the oil, then saute the onions, green onions and parsley until the onions are clear. Pour them into a large mixing bowl with the potatoes, fish, salt and hot sauce, then stir in the egg, garlic powder and bread crumbs.
  2. Form into patties and fry in 1/4-inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, turning once until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Yield:
  4. 10 to 12 (3-inch) patties.
