Mahogany Icing

• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 4 teaspoons cocoa
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 tablespoons strong coffee
• 2 tablespoons butter

1. Sift sugar.
2. Melt butter.
3. Combine sugar with butter, vanilla, cocoa, and coffee.
4. Beat until smooth.
