Diet Sherbet Recipe

  1. Bear evaporated lowfat milk slightly.
  2. Gradually add in sweetener and orange juice.
  3. Blend well.
  4. Pour into 3-pint containers.
  5. Freeze.
  6. One c. equals 140 calories.
  7. Yields: 3 pints.
