Health Cookies Recipe
- 3/4 c. soy oil
- 1 1/4 c. honey
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. water, if needed
- 3 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. nuts, minced
- 1/2 c. raisins
- Pour oil into bowl.
- Use same c. for measuring honey.
- Mix rest of ingredients into bowl.
- Drop by tsp.
- on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees about 12 to 20 min.
