Tuna Pompons(Low Calorie)

  1. Cook celery and onion in butter until soft but not brown. Blend in flour and seasonings.
  2. Add milk and bouillon.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and thickened. Chill.
  4. Mix sauce with rice, tuna and cheese.
  5. Adjust seasoning, if necessary.
  6. Form into 8 balls (1/3 cup each).
  7. Roll in combined bread crumbs and paprika.
  8. Place in a baking dish sprayed with Pam.
  9. Bake at 425u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  10. Serve with sauce made by combining and heating soup and sour cream.
  11. Makes 4 servings.
