Mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons walnut oil
- 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- In blender place egg, mustard, salt, lemon juice, walnut oil and 1 tablespoon peanut oil.
- Blend one minute.
- Drop by drop add remaining oil, blending until mayonnaise forms.
