Mediterranean Tuna Salad

• 2 Tbsp. cottage cheese
• 1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Original Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1 tsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
• 1/4 cup (about 1/2 of 170-g can) white tuna in water, well drained, flaked
• 4 pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced (about 1 Tbsp.)
• 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09

1. Combine cottage cheese, Miracle Whip and dressing in small bowl.
2. Add tuna and olives; mix lightly.
3. Serve tuna mixture with tomato wedges.
