Avocado Toast

  1. Cut the avocado in half and carefully remove the pit.
  2. Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin into a bowl.
  3. Mash the avocado with a fork (mash well to create a smooth spread, or just a few times for a chunkier version).
  4. Toast your bread to perfection, using your preferred method.
  5. Then spread the Vegenaise first and then the mashed avocado on top of each slice.
  6. Top with a small pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper (and if desired, a small splash of lemon juice).
