Avocado Toast
- 1 Avocado Ripe
- 2 pieces Gluten-free Bread, Sliced Thick (I Recommend Udi Brand)
- 1 Tablespoon Vegenaise
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1 pinch Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 dash Lemon Juice
- Cut the avocado in half and carefully remove the pit.
- Scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin into a bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork (mash well to create a smooth spread, or just a few times for a chunkier version).
- Toast your bread to perfection, using your preferred method.
- Then spread the Vegenaise first and then the mashed avocado on top of each slice.
- Top with a small pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper (and if desired, a small splash of lemon juice).
