Cranberry - Pumpkin Muffins
- 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp pumkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup canned pumkin
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberrys( chopped)
- Preheat oven to 350 .
- In bowl combine first 4 ing.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, add the pumpkin and oil.
- Mx well.
- Stir in dry ing.
- Just until moistened.Fold in cranberrys.
- Fill foil or paper lined muffin pans.
- Bake 18-22 min.Cool 5 min.
- The remove from pans.
