Macaroni & Cheese With A Twist Recipe

  1. Cook and drain macaroni.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Put in 13 x 9 inch pan.
  4. Add in lowfat milk, ham, pepper and 8 oz cheese; mix.
  5. Chop up canned tomatoes and add in along with liquid to mix.
  6. Stir together.
  7. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
  8. Add in rest of shredded cheese over mix.
  9. Cut pats of butter on top.
  10. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min.
