Stuffed Turkey Mushrooms

  1. Remove the stems on the mushrooms and chop.
  2. Heat liquid Butter Buds in a skillet and cook the onion and ground turkey. Add the chopped mushroom stems and other ingredients.
  3. Cook this mixture about 5 minutes.
  4. Stuff this mixture into the mushroom caps and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
  5. Preheat your broiler and place in oven for 2 to 4 minutes or until cheese melts. Yields 20 stuffed mushrooms.
